Scarborough Renaissance Festival is back!

When the trees start to bud and flowers burst forth into the Spring air, everyone in North Texas knows that the Scarborough Renaissance Festival is back in full swing. Open every Saturday and Sunday from April 7 through May 28, 2007, from 10:00 A.M. to 7 P.M. , it takes several trips to enjoy all the sights, sounds, food and entertainment available.

One of the best parts about the Festival is the opportunity to dress up and pretend that you live in the 18th Century. Children (especially girls) love to dress in their finest princess gown and meet the King and Queen of the Festival.

Entertainment and rides for children authentic to the time of King Henry VIII provide endless hours of enjoyment. Camel and elephant rides are among the favorites!

Please visit www.scarboroughrenfest.com for detailed information about special events, such as the Highland Games or the Royal Ale & Wine Festival. The website lists daily Artisan demonstrations, so be sure to check the site before you visit the Festival.
